International Cake Artist
As a mother, I am looking all the time to provide my family with fresh, healthy and delicious food. It was in 2007 when I decided to learn how to cook and years later in 2013 when I started baking and decorating cakes (cakes) for my children and relatives just for fun.
Later, people started calling me asking for their cakes for special occasions; I started my cake decorating business "A bit?" and involved me in expanding my learning by attending different courses with great teachers from the United States and Colombia.
The great advantage of this passion is that I can take it with me wherever I go. In 2016, my family and I moved to Singapore and after months of preparation, I decided to take my dream to the next level by founding “Caro Moyano Baking Dreams”.
All the recipes I use are influenced by the flavors of the countries in which I have had the opportunity to live. I bake from scratch using only the highest quality, freshest ingredients available! In every cake that I have decorated, I put my heart into it; because for me it is as if I am doing it for my family, and I want each cake to be remembered with a sweet smile in the heart. I enjoy turning a piece of cake into a memory.
So far I have created over 450 memories with new and returning customers! I am specialized in fondant for birthdays, baby showers, religious events, school events, farewells, or simply to say "Thank you" or "I love you".
I really enjoy being able to share my knowledge with my students and see them create things that they thought they couldn't do. In my classes, I share my recipes, methods and procedures so that each of the participants can learn different techniques both in the world of creative pastry and in everyday cooking.
